We helped Karman's founder and team unite their different ventures under a clear, consolidated brand.
Karman is the brainchild of Ines, a talented ex-financier who left the banking world to enter the more hands-on realm of consulting for startups and scale-ups. Crossing paths with a bunch of growth fanatics they launched B-Life (not yet renamed Karman) to help companies with their ambitions.
Leveraging their extensive experience, the team has been helping Swiss and International companies secure funding, accelerate growth, build market presence, and scale their operations.
Driven by their passion for moving businesses forward and unlocking team performance, Ines and team ventured into various sectors and directions. However, it was time to unify their efforts under one cohesive umbrella brand, with a framework to support future subbrands.
We traveled to Switzerland for in-person workshops to immerse ourselves in their world and uncover the essence of their business. By understanding their day-to-day operations, we were able to clarify their core business and position Karman uniquely within a crowded consultancy market.
We rebranded B-Life as Karman, inspired by the Karman Line: a symbolic reference to the business-changing momentum they provide their clients.
From butcher shops to crypto ventures and vitamin supplements, the team empowers passionate and ambitious companies turn their potential into reality. With a refined tone of voice and a fresh visual identity for the group and its subbrands, we brought clarity and consistency to their brand.
